1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.
• After 1 hour, cancellations are not accepted as work may have already begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only provided if:
• We fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe.
• The final retouched image does not match the agreed requirements.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If you change your mind after receiving completed work.
• If dissatisfaction is due to a failure to provide clear instructions.
• If the request is outside the scope of the purchased service.

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
• Razorpay or other payment gateway transaction fees may be deducted.
